Run Your Production with Axis ERP
A manufacturing ERP for small and mid-size producers: plan orders from your bills of materials, book material use when the work is done and see what each product really costs.

Where Production Usually Gets Stuck
If two of these sound familiar, the workflow below shows how Axis ERP handles them.
See the workflowPlanning in a Spreadsheet
Production is planned in a spreadsheet, or only in the head of the person who runs the workshop.
Booked at Month-End
Material use and finished goods reach the books at month-end, when the accountant catches up.
No Real Cost per Product
Nobody knows what a product really costs, so every quote starts with a guess.
Stock That Does Not Match
The stock in the system does not match the shelves, and a faulty batch cannot be traced back to its materials.
From Customer Order to Invoice
Each step starts from the one before it, so nobody types the same data twice.
01Sales orderSalesThe order sets the product, the quantity and the delivery date.
02Bill of materialsManufacturingComponents, quantities and operations, with sub-assemblies on as many levels as you need.
03Manufacturing orderManufacturingShows which components are in stock and which are missing before you start.
04Consumption and outputInventoryClosing the order takes the materials out of stock and puts the finished goods in, with their value.
05StockInventoryQuantities per warehouse and location, by lot where you need it.

What You Work With Every Day
See What Each Order Needs
A manufacturing order lists every component with the quantity to consume, what has been used so far and whether it is available, so the workshop starts an order once its materials are in stock.

Receipts, Deliveries and Production in One Place
The inventory overview shows what is waiting to be received, delivered or manufactured, with late operations counted separately. The workshop and the warehouse work from the same numbers.

Every Stock Move on Record
Receipts, consumption and deliveries are all stock moves you can group by month, product or operation. Lots and serial numbers tie each finished product to the materials it was made from.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use multi-level bills of materials and product variants?
Yes. A bill of materials can contain sub-assemblies that have their own bills of materials, on as many levels as you need. One bill can cover all the variants of a product, such as sizes or colours, with components that apply only to some of them.
How do I find out what a product really costs?
The bill of materials overview adds up the cost of the components and of the operations, priced at the hourly cost you set for each work center, so labour and overhead are part of the result. When an order is done, the materials used and the finished goods are valued in stock and posted to accounting.
Can I work with several warehouses and record material consumption?
Each warehouse has its own locations and stock, and every transfer between them is recorded. Materials leave stock when the manufacturing order is completed, so consumption is documented without a separate spreadsheet.
Do you support lots and traceability?
You can track materials and finished products by lot or serial number. For any lot you can see where it came from, which manufacturing orders used it and which customers received it.
Can my external accountant work in Axis ERP?
Users are unlimited, so your accountant gets a login at no extra cost and works on the same invoices, payments and stock values as you. The general ledger, trial balance and VAT report are included.
